Clarence, That's not my Claiborn. I have three Claiborne Curtis' in the family and none of them married a Judith Farley. My first Claiborne was the son of John Curtis, the second Claiborn was the son of Churchwell Curtis and the third was the son of Claiborne Curtis, Sr. For some reason the name Claiborn was popular in Virginia at that time. It seems to be a family name, passed down from generation to generation. My Dad's middle name is also a family name, McChesney, and we don't know where it came from, but he says he will be the last to have it. Becky
