The Charleston Daily Mail Charleston, West Virginia April 2, 1939 Mr. and Mrs. John T. Armstrong of Kingston celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary Sunday. Dinner was served buffet style. The center piece of the table was a three tiered cake presented by a great grandchild, Jimmy Pennington. The afternoon was spent in visiting. Those who took part were Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Harless, Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Pennington, Opal Thompson, Lucille Cox, Carlas Clark, and Henry Scott of Helen, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Armstrong and Wauketa Farsch of Springton, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Armstrong, four great grandchildren, Lou, Lois, Pete and Willow Ingram, Mr. and Mrs. Hobart Armstrong and children, Kenneth and Lorraine, Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Wriston and sons, B. J. Jr., and Wayne, Mrs. Roxie Ellison and Norma Ellison, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Meadows and children, Wanda, Louise, June, and Mary, James Stover, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Stover and sons, Kenna and Duffie, Mr. and Mrs. S.
