William Harrison Aliff's second wife was Rosa Smith. they were married on Nov. 12, 1914 in Kincaid, Fayette County, WV (Fayette County Marriage Records 1910-1914 pg. 2). She died on Nov. 28, 1931 of Rheumatism (Fayette County Register of Births and Deaths 1927-1932). She was born about 1875. The reocrds did not list her parents, but marriage record did state she was a widow when she married Willliam Aliff. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rita O'Brien" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, February 06, 2004 8:43 PM Subject: Re: [WVRALEIG] W.
