The service was under charge of Rev. Grant Stevens. Burial was in the family cemetery. Mrs. Trump was a member of the Baptist church and was connected with some of the old and prominent families of the county. She is survived by her husband, H. J. Trump, and the following children; Mrs. Fred Covey of Glen Daniel; Mrs. J. N. Brown of Beckley; Mrs. R. G. Daniels, Metalton; Mrs. W. G. Covey of Winding Gulf; Mrs. H. H. Calloway, Beckley; Edgar Trump, James Trump, and Ward Trump, all of Bolt. The Charleston Daily Mail Charleston, West Virginia April 5, 1934 SERVICES ARE HELD FOR MINER VICTIM Beckley, March 5. ---- Funeral services for Edward J. Trump, 38 years old, machine runner at Eccles, who was killed Tuesday when struck by a Virginian railroad engine, between Eccles and Harper, were to be held by Rev. Grant Stevens at the Bolt church this afternoon. An inquest was held by Magistrate H. P. Stone. Besides his widow, Mrs. Ora Trump, and one son, Reginald, brothers and sisters living are: Mrs. W. C. Covey, Winding Gulf; Mrs. Fred Covey of Glen Daniel; Mrs. J. N. Brown, Beckley; Mrs. Howard Calloway, Beckley; Mrs. R. G. Daniel, Belburn, Greenbrier County. Note: Brothers appear to have been omitted.
