Tolley, 71 years old, who had lived at Tolleytown near Lester for more than fifty years, will be held at the Tolleytown church tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. He died Thursday afternoon after a short illness. His wife, Mrs. Katharine Tolley, died on Aug 27, six weeks prior to his death. He was born near Surveyor on June 1, 1864. He was a member of the Methodist church and was widely known. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. S. J. McVey, of Pemberton; Mrs. James H. Milam, of Tolleytown; and Mrs. James Lamont, of Springfield, MO., and three sisters, Mrs. Albert O'Dell, of Mt. Hope; Mrs. William Sweeney, of Grassy Meadows, and Mrs. Oliver O'Dell, of Tolleytown.
