Transcribed by Rita O'Brien The Charleston Daily Mail Charleston, West Virginia September 27, 1941 Mrs. Oma Lester - Services for Mrs. Lester, 73, of Grassy Meadows, Greenbrier County, who died Friday in an East Rainelle hospital after an illness of two weeks, will be held Sunday at 11 a.m. in McEllanhany Baptist Church at Grassy Meadows with Rev. Abe Frantz officiating. Burial will be in McEllanhany Cemetery with Nickell mortuary in charge. Mrs. Lester was a native of Raleigh county. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Grace Hanson of Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Virgie Forren of Quinwood and Mrs. Edna Osborne of Duo; two sons, Oscar Lester of Ellicott City, Md., and Lunda Lester of Norfolk, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah McMillion of Beckley and Mrs. Ruhana Stover of Harper, and a brother, Oliver Brown of Kentucky.
