Transcribed by Rita O'Brien Charleston Daily Mail Charleston, West Virginia January 24, 1930 Funeral services were held Tuesday for Dudley Milam, 87 years old, of Saxon, who died at his home Sunday afternoon of a heart ailment. He was a veteran of the Civil war. His wife died several months ago. Surviving children are James Milam, of Surveyor, Lewis Milam, of Kilsythe, Mrs.Tom Burleson and Mrs. R. Webb, Metalton; and Mrs. C. McGinnis of Cove creek.
