Does anyone have any information on the following Stovers from Maryland? 1790 - Washington county - 2 Jacobs, Mathias, & Michael. - Frederick county - Philip 1800 - Washington - 2 Johns, Jacob, Peter, Christian, & Chr (I take this last to be short for Christian) 1810 - Washington - 3 Johns, 3 Jacobs, 2 Christians, Frederick, Susanna, and ABM (This could be Abraham or initials?) - Baltimore - Delila - Harford - Jacob - Frederick - M (an initial?) & P (an initial?) My brother's DNA matches the John Jacobs family who also lived in MD during this time.- 36 out of 37 markers. The researcher who is doing John Jacobs and I are thinking this is the closest we can get Stovers and Jacobs living close together, My ancestor is Obediah Stover, s/o Jacob Stover and Sallie McGhee from Franklin Co, VA and moved to what is now Raleigh Co., WV by 1810.
