It could have been Sand Lick, I was just going by the 1860 census page I have. I thought it read neighborhood of Sand Branch. I have a question about Sand Branch as well actually, a few questions: Were there actual published geographic boundaries defining the following districts: Shady Springs, Marsh Fork, Slab Fork and yes, Sand Branch???
