    2. Nyla, I did a little more digging and I found that Miriam Barton the adopted daughter of Martin and Mary married Thomas Haley about 1892. I was able to put it together when I found the death certificate for both Miriam and Thomas. Miriam's did not have her parents names listed, however, Thomas's certificate said that his wife's name was Miriam Barton. Boy, what would we do without the death certificates? Thanks for your help. Anita

    3. Actually I was researching the Bradfords for my old Spanish teacher, Charles Bradford. He and I correspond and he has helped me with other projects, so I found out what I could on the Bradfords for him. My maiden name is Stover, but my mother married George Massey when I was only 3, so I am interested in the Massey family, of course, and other families who marry them. :) George Massey (2-gun) was born in 1920 in Marfork, Raleigh Co. His parents were Abe Massey and Della Sparks. Abe's father was Lincoln Massey, and his parents were Squire Massey and Wilmouth Massey. -----Original Message----- From: wvraleig-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:wvraleig-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Janet Sent: Saturday, February 17, 2007 7:51 PM To: wvraleig@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [WVRALEIG] Please post Thank you for replying.
