This is my first time of posting anything so bear with me. I am looking for information on my grandfather Emery Meador. Married Georgia Jewell. He was a policeman in the 1920-1930's in the Shady Springs, Crab Orchard area. He was killed in an accident on a highway sometime after 1928 and before 1938 (approx). They had 4 daughters that were all put in different foster homes after Emery died. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks for your time and interest.
