Court records by Zinn what could be a connection to our Aaron Smith. The item is a Bill of Chancery against Joseph Myers, Wm. Myers, Jesse Myers, JOHN AND SARAH SMITH, James & Pheobe Moore, Ann Myers the Children and Heirs of Joseph Myers, deceased, brought by Peter Cook who married Mary Myers, d/o Joseph Myers(d1787) and Pheobe Myers, also deceased. In this bill it indicated that John and Sarah lived in Loudoun Co. 8 May 1806, and the land it dealt with was on the waters of the Little Sandy Creek. What do you think?
