She was adopted shortly thereafter by the Todds of Uniontown, PA so we are unsure of her name at birth or parentage. We are grabbing at straws here, but what is the best way to get a listing of births on 22 Sep 1889?!?! I also want to find the adoption records. Any help would be appreciated or the names/places of where to begin the search. I am in Calif so it's a bit difficult to get to WV.
