You can download the images to your computer or print them out. It is $59.95 a year which I think is pretty reasonable. They also have monthly memberships and a one week free trial. Ancestry also has some of these Rev War papers but searching for them isn't very easy. The search link will only get you to the right NARA film and then you have to browse through the images to find the one you want. Very tedious. You can also order copies of the Pension papers for a fee from NARA (http://www.archives.gov/index.html).
