I was curious if it comes by blood or marriage. Thank you for bringing up the conflict in the marriage date for Freeman Kelley. I kept forgetting to post on the board to see if anyone has the correct date. I got that date from a quote from Robert Ray Kelly printed in "Preston County, West Virginia History 1979" published by The Preston County Historical Society, Kingwood, West Virginia. I was not sure which date may be wrong, the birth date or the marriage date so I entered both on my tree as per the quote until I found the correct sourced dates.
