The Elizabeth Knotts you are talking about married a Lewis Garner. Unless she divorced and married again. Also I believe that Elizabeth Knotts died in 1895. Mine died in 1883. Have you looked on the site WV division of culture and history. It's Fabulous. They have death,birth and Marriage certificates (depending on the county) for all the counties in WV and in different counties the documents are pretty old.
