Cheat Hill is a designation used rather loosely, maybe because there wasn't a post office near by. Beech Run Hill in Pleasant Dist, for example, could be considered on Cheat Hill since the land "runs down" to the Cheat River. Many hills along the Cheat River, further South and in different districts, were also referred to as Cheat Hill. What family are you trying to "place"?
