Looking for John and Lucinda CUPP who are listed as parents of my great grandfather, William H. CUPP on his Tyler Co. death certificate. He was born in Preston Co., WV on Dec 6, 1853. He never was ennumerated with a CUPP family in any census. He was living with James M. CARROLL and family in the 1860 Census.
