Roberts that bouht property in kingwood from Hugh Morgan in 1809 and then built a store there by 1811 and by[ Oren F. Morten's book about History of Preston CO.wv]1818 was gone because they turned that building into a courthouse for Preston Co.What happened to him?Where did he go?And there was a John Roberts[of Washington Co.,Pa.] who bought 3 lots[1.5 acres] from Hugh Morgan in 1805 also who theres no hint of again.Help Is there anyone who knows something?
