I found a Willam H. Cupp born 7 Feb 1840 died 26 Feb 1912 buried in the cemetery at Centenary Church, about 6 miles southeast of Bruceton Mills, and in Pleasant District, Preston County, West Virginia. Copied July 4, 1932. Also, there is a Mrs. Hannah E. Cupp buried in the same cemetery. Her death date is 10 May 1931 aged 85 years 1 month and 15 days (could this be Anna?). This information is found in the publication book: Some Early Families in Grant and Pleasant Districts, Preston County, West Virginia by Edward Thorp King originally published 1933 page 206. Could this be your William H. Cupp. I know you had a different birth date for your William H. Cupp. But what is the possibility of one of the birth dates being wrong for William and what is the possibility Hannah was called Anna? Just thinking of the possibilities. Do you have this book?
