Lyle, You may be interested to know that William Ingram, his wife Catherine Cameron, and her father Daniel Cameron are featured prominently in The Four Goff Brothers of Western Virginia, which Roy Lockhart and I co-authored. The book contains anecdotes of their lives, including a lot of detail about when William and Catherine lived on James Goff's property and when Daniel Cameron was killed by Indians.
