Based on info I have, prepared by another researcher: Barbara Rosier b2Jul1800 who married Stephen Bolyard listed her father as Francis Rosier on her marriage record. And, they had a son they named Francis. Stephen Bolyard was the son of Stephen and Barbara Margaret Neifer. Lyle Corder
