Bob, Preston Co newspaper microfilm from 1866 is available in these two major repositories: Division of Archives and History West Virginia State Archives The Cultural Center 1900 Kanawha Boulevard, East Charleston WV 25305-0300 1-304-558-0220 It is not the policy of the WV Archives to conduct extensive genealogical searches. The fee for an out of State request is $10 which covers research time and copies. A request from a WV address will be billed when the research is completed. Microfilm prints are 50¢ each. A list of researchers who do research for a fee will be provided upon request. Inter-library loan of Preston Co newspaper microfilm is not available. West Virginia University West Virginia and Regional History Collection Colson Hall PO Box 6464 Morgantown WV 26506-6464 1-304-293-3536 It is not the policy of the West Virginia and Regional History Collection to conduct extensive research. There is a $20 fee per request. Microfilm prints are 10¢ each. A list of researchers who do research for a fee will be provided upon request. Inter-library loan of Preston Co newspaper microfilm is not available.     3. I was just hoping that they were on CD ROM or online somewhere. I had them all ordered on microfilm from a LDS Family History Center, but I moved away and no longer have access to them.
