Surnames: jenkins:charles edward and john edward and family starting about 1776 Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/IEC.2ACE/811.1.2 Message Board Post: clarkson nor mason are not in index. there is a long article (several pages )on a jenkins family. focusing on 5 brothers who came to america just after 1776. speaks of thomas , john and their wives and descent up to 9 born in time between1885 and -1903, but does not give names of wives.i see a william howard jenkins born in 1867 (bill?) don't see a joe. it keeps mentioning a place called morgan's glade. "charles franklin and john edwards jenkins are part of of the old morgan survey,_hence the name morgan's glade.ok, i do see william mason, but listed on page 3. my vol II starts at page 571. as i said above the clarksons and masons could very well be mentioned in this book even though not in index. as i comb through it ,should i see anything i will post it here. again send email address and i will scan the jenkins pages to you if you want them.more associated names even not direct decendants give me places to check.
