If so, my cousin and her husband run a TV business there. You and I are distant cousins through the Fike and Thomas families. I felt as we searched there was a distant connection. Those old Brethren, Amish families were very clannish. I have found the Fike Book a wonderful resource for the period 1770 to 1980 for the people I am related to. The index is great and saves time. Do not forget the Hardy and Hampshire Co. Ringer families to search. Also, Fayette Co. and Somerset Co., Pa. and of course since, Garrett Co, MD is so close to Preston Co. it is a good one to look at.
