Me again-- I've found both Arminta b. 1866 and Lizzie 1864 Braham in familysearch.org. Lizzie's parents are listed as being Hugh Braham and Annie Mifflin. The information Rosalie gave me had Mifflin on the marriage license for Arminta. Both Arminta and Lizzie were born in PA and married in Terra Alta, one in 1885 and one in 1884. I'm guessing they are sisters. Does anyone have information on a Hugh Braham? He may be a brother to a Preston County Braham. His father was Samuel, born in Tyrone Ireland.
