The address is 1 Herrington Ave (Herring Ave). The current owner is a Minnie Perrine. I am in possession of part of a deed from October 1991, which lists the name of a Carlin Slater as a former owner. The main family name is Hall. Could this be you? If so, I would be glad to share my research and any sites I find regarding the history of family or railroad ties. I am also trying to track some of my history.
