The area was Garards Fort where Rev. Corbly was the minister of Goshen Baptist Church now known as John Corbly Baptist Church. He is buried, along with many family members including those masacred in 1782, at the Garards Fort Cemetery in Garards Fort, Greene Co., PA. Earlier Corbly was granted land in Hampshire Co., VA in 1765. I don't know of any connection this family might have had to Preston. Regards, Jane
