Virginia, Robert R Riggs and Margaret A Dawson were married Oct 23, 1855. I have information on only their son Justin Elmer Riggs. This is as follows: Justin Elmer Riggs was born in Allegany Co MD Dec 21, 1865 and died in Preston Co WV Apr 21, 1944. He is buried Riverview Cem, Rowlesburg, Preston Co WV. He was a blacksmith. He married (1st) in Preston Co WV Nov 5, 1890 to Ann Elizabeth Pugh born in Preston Co WV Apr 29, 1871 and died in Preston Co WV Jul 18, 1897, daughter of Joshua M & Emily Margaret (Lipscomb) Pugh. She is buried Riverview Cem, Rowlesburg, Preston Co WV. He married (2nd) in Tucker Co WV Mar 11, 1903 to Bertie May Loughry born in Preston Co WV Jun 24, 1878 and died in Preston Co WV May 18, 1905, twin daughter of Aaron Jr & Julia Ann (Hahn) Loughry. She is probably buried Riverview Cem, Rowelesburg, Preston Co WV. He married (3rd) in Garrett Co MD Jul 3, 1906 to Bertha Fay Loughry born in Preston Co WV Jun 24, 1878 and died in Monongalia Co WV Jul 11, 1954, twin daughter of Aaron Jr & Julia Ann (Hahn) Loughry.
