Lots of you have helped before, but I am still looking. I will tell you what I do know about the family in basic name and dates. Joel Ridgway (10/11/1801 - 7/7/1860) he was married to Jerusha Ann (Dawson) Ridgway (1803 - 11/1/1878). Joel’s dad was Joel Ridgway (1771 - 1802) he was married to Gertrude (Horton) Ridgway she was born abt. 1772. Joel’s dad was Lott Ridgway (1745 - 11/01/1796) he was married to Catherine (Frazier) Ridgway she died 1830. The above listed people all lived in Monongalia County, West Virginia. Lott's dad was Josiah Ridgway (1713 - 1783) he was married to Rachel (Brown) Ridgway. The way I understand it Josiah moved from PA. to what is now Berkeley County WV. I would like any information I can get about any of these people such as job, land holdings, anything of this type. I have lots more information if it would help. My great grandpa was James D.
