Hi all- I recently found my ancestor, Eugenius FORKER (some of his siblings spelled it FORQUER) served in the West Virginia Militia during the Civil War. Would these records be available like other military records from the National Personnel Records Center using form SF 180? Or from the state of West Virginia? Karen Kimball California
