Bev, I don't have any information on an Elizabeth Shay who married William Shannon but I have a little information on Deborah Shay (1831-1898), daughter of Thomas Jr & Phebe Ann (Sidwell) Shay, who married William H Shannon, son of William & Julia A Shannon. They had a daughter Sarah E Shannon (1875-1963) who married Charles Wesley Wiles (1878-1943), son of Daniel & Sarah V (Shaver) Wiles.
