I have some Bensons in my family tree. Beulah Lorraine Benson (1896-1939) married Joseph Edgar Freeland (Sammy). They had one child who died young, Joseph L. Freeland (1925-1933). She was the daughter of Ludwig M. Benson (1869-1944), and Rhoda Ellen Wilhelm (1868-1950). Joseph Edgar Freeland was my grandmother's brother. She was Laura Esther Freeland (1904-1998).
