    2. Would you know of any brothers and sisters? Also a question with the information you gave what was the years of her birth, death and marriage again, because you listed that she was born in 1876, died 1805 and married in 1848.

    3. Looking for Samuel Thomas POWELL b. 1796 who resided near Newburg, Preston Co., WV., married Sarah MORTON. My theory is that he was "probably" born in the territory along the Mason-Dixon line between Pennsylvania and Virginia since his children vary in reporting his birthplace on censuses as sometimes VA sometimes PA. Samuel was a founding member of Three Forks Creek Baptist church. Lived on his farm from about 1820 until his death in 1875. We have thought he might be descended from Isaac POWELL of Monongalia Co., but Samuel hasn't turned up as a child in the lines we can follow. His children were named: Thomas M. - moved to Adair Co., MO Harrison Hagen - moved to Adams Co., IA Joel Franklin - moved to Adams Co., IA & Washinton Territory John Madison - stayed in Preston Co., WV had large family Benjamin M. - stayed in Preston Co., WV no children Israel d. young Mary d. young Ruth - moved to Warren Co., IA Nancy I have information on all of his children and their offspring, but can't find Samuel's parents. We have a number of cousins networked and would love to solve this riddle. Best regards, Vana -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. If it is possible to visit these cemeteries, can you provide any more specific directions? 1) Ryan Farm Cemetery (per the book, p. 201, "Cemetery on the Sanfred Ryan farm near the Hope School house about four miles north of Pisgah, Grant District") 2) Albert Metheny/Jehu King Farm (per the book, p. 169, "Cemetery on land now [1931] owned by Albert Metheny, formerly the Jehu King farm and originally owned by Valentine King. About one mile from Laurel Run Church, Grant District") 3) Everly Cemetery (per the book, p. 179, "Small cemetery known as the Everly Cemetery about one and one half miles southwest of Mt. Nebo Church, Pleasant District") Thanks, Sandra
