Does anyone know anything about an Ada Malcom who raised her children in the Doe Hill area of Highland County. She later married a John Bowers - I think John may have been from the Pendleton County area. Ada's children were Mattie C. Malcom(my great-grandmother born 1884 who married Charlie Snyder), Annie Geneva Malcom(married Bucker J. Price), George Howard Malcom, Virgie C. Malcom (married George Kyle Malcom), Emery Malcom and Bruce Malcom. According to census records, Ada had 6 children, but I cannot find any record of her husband or the father of these children.
