Seeking info on the Christian Halterman b1817, wife Amelia/Nellie who appear in the 1870/80 Upshur Co, WV census. They had daughter Tennessee Halterman b1862 who married John Petomia Rucker. in Upshur Co, WV in 1886. I know that a lot of Haltermans lived in Pendleton Co too, and, the name Christian was common.
