This granddaughter of Harriet Stonebraker McDonald is probably Sarah Susan McDonald who married Allen Webster Graham. She is the daughter of Mary Rebecca McDonald as per Sarah's death certificate. A.W. Graham was the informant on Mary Rebecca's death record and is listed as a son-in-law. The birth date on Sarah's death certificate is 31 Mar 1864, which doesn't match exactly with the census, but is pretty close.
