Can anyone tell me the name of newpapers in Pendleton Co.? Especially around Upper Tract? I had to cancel my trip down there and I would like to put an add in the paper for anyone having info on Jane Hedrick (The Jane's Well owner) and her son William Strite Hedrick. Jane's daughter's name is unknown to me. Any help on those newspapers is greatly appreciated!! ~~Eve
