    3. I was wondering if the Franklin Courthouse has the originals of the early tax lists? I have found Samuel & Isaac Baldwin in these lists but, they do not appear in the following Census years. Sometimes these early tax lists will tell where a person migrated to. Also, does Pendleton have early maps with the names of settlers on them like Highland Co. does? Any help would be appreciated. We plan another trip to Pendleton in Sept. Thank you, Susan Baldwin [email protected]
