JOHN McMILLION WILL Written 25 Aug 1800, proven June Court 1804, Greenbrier Co., VA WB 1-203 In the name of God Amen. I JOHN McMILLION of the County of Greenbrier & State of Virginia Farmer Being weak & sickly of body but of sound mind and memory and calling to mind that it is appointed for all men once to die. I do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit. My Soul I commend to Almighty God who give it and my body to be decently buried at the discretion of my executors. Imprimis, I bequeath unto my youngest son WILLIAM all the land that I possess together with the plantation I now live on to him and his heirs for ever.
