Catherine was the daughter of Andrew (Andreas) Yeager and Elizabeth Sommers. Below is some additional info. I can't vouch for all of it, but Clifton Yeager has done the the most thorough Yeager research I know of. One of Catherine's brothers was John, who married Phebe Annis [sp] Hull, a sister of Captain Peter Hull. Another of Catherine's brothers was Philip. According to Clifton's research, Philip is the ancestor of test pilot Chuck Yeager. http://genforum.genealogy.com/yeager/messages/223.html Posted by: Clifton Yeager Date: February 03, 1999 at 13:06:01 In Reply to: Re: YAEGER of PA by Christie Stewart Johann Andrew YEAGER (Jorger), son of Hanss Martin YEAGER (Jaeger) + and Maria Barbara REICHERT +, was born 1741 at FalknerSwmp,NewHanover, Montg,Pa.
