Jane... When we went to Pendleton Co, WV in 98...we stayed in the hotel right there in Franklin...not the best, but very cheap..:)) Then we stayed in a Hedrick cabin around the Seneca Rocks area for 2 nights...these cabins are very nice. If you do find a nice deal on a B&B in that area---please let me know also...we may be going back soon... I have alot of families from this area...but no Blacks.. Have fun!!! Rose
