We stayed at a Bed and Breakfast a little ways from Pendlton county, kind of between Elkins and Pendleton, it is called the Hutton House. Here is the address. Routes 250 and 219 PO Box 88 Huttonsville, WV 26273 You would have to drive a bit to get to Seneca Rocks area, and I don't know which direction you are coming from:) but the Hutton House was a lovely bed and breakfast. There are websites that show pictures of it, just type Hutton House into a search engine.
