She was originally a Forth, who married a Botkin. Botkin disappeared early in the marriage. They had one son, James Botkin born in 1810. Actually, I am not certain if she married William Douglass first or Botkin first. With William, she had a son named William Douglass, half brother to James Botkin. Then Elizabeth married John Redman and moved to Wisconsin with her two sons. Does any of this information relate to your Douglass family? I am trying to find William Douglass and his death info and their marriage info.
