Additionally, there are some landmarks including Adamson's Mill, certain homeplaces like Riggleman House or Widow Wagoner, waterways and roads drawn on the map. I don't think I mentioned that the first map of the area was surveyed 17 Dec 1794 for Hollingswoth who purchased all the vacant land - exclusive of existing grants - as part of one his several multi-thousand acres grants in Pendleton County and that Kile was commissioned to re-survey the area for Maxwell.
