Yes, I should have been a bit more precise--you are so right that the Moyers resided in Grant County as well as Pendleton. My intent with the Pendleton County reference was only to differentiate her from the other Celia, mother of the Randolph County Benjamin Pennington. The association of this latter Celia (Marcelia Pennington) with Sites seems to still be a mystery. I do greatly appreciate this discussion of Celia Sites Moyers.
