This Celia Sites of Pendleton County was the daughter of Mary "Polly" Ann Harper and Jacob Lewis, per her death certificate, and apparently residing with her father in the 1880 census where she appears as Frances C., as posted in other messages of this thread. The 1900 and 1910 censuses, where she appears as Arcelia F., include all the living children of Celia and her husband Aaron Isaac Moyers, including the eldest Benjamin H. Moyers, who according to his World War I draft registration was born 12 February 1893 and resided at Mouth of Seneca on 5 June 1917, married with 2 children. This Celia resided in Pendleton County until after the 1920 census--she was enumerated in the 1930 Grant County, WV, census and died 7 September 1944 at rural Streby, Grant County.
