I wasn't finished :) Ms Mark did extensive research on the Bush family and intermarrieds. I haven't accessed her addition to Ms. Balis work but I have copies of some letters that she wrote which were included in a Wachtel family history. I don't see anywhere - yet - that she mentions Lewis Bush going to Ohio nor does she list a burial place for him in Ohio and she did a great deal of work in the Ross Co cemeteries to locate graves of Revolutionary War veterans.
