From a book of Pendleton Co. will I found a will dated March 1818 for a Andrew Jordan, Sr. In it he mentions wife, Letty; Sons, William, Samson, John, Andrew; Daughters, Elizabeth, Rachel, Letty, Mary, Ann and Jain. Executors: son William, Edward Morton. Witnesses: John Devericks, James Simms, Jr., Silas Simms. There is also a will dated 9 Nov 1846 for a John Smith. He mentions wife jane. Also states she to have possession of property until youngest child is of age. If she remarries executor to rent farm until all children are of age. However names of children are not given.
