Betteann - Thank you very much for the Jordan/Smith information. And you certainly are not butting in - I can use all the help I can get!! I have looked for Andrew Jordans will before, but was never successful - so thank you - now if I can just put all the pieces together. I do know that one of the daughters married Peter Smith, brother of John Jr. And since there is a daughter Jain, maybe my Jane was named for her "aunt"?? I had seen John Smiths will before - how unfortunate that the children aren't named! Certainly would have helped!!
